Furniture Covers

DOCTOR+TEAK makes standard and custom covers to fit all types of furniture. Our covers are made from a breathable polyester fabric that has special K-coat waterproofing coating that blocks out 95% of the moisture. Any moisture that gets through is able to dry out because the cover is breathable and allows air to flow in and around your furniture. Most furniture covers on the market are made of vinyl or PVC-backed material. Although this material will block 100 per cent of the water and moisture,also traps the moisture under the cover if the water is able to penetrate or is wicked up underneath from rain and wind. Once the moisture is trapped, mold and mildew can form quickly and will create an unsightly mess on your beautiful teak furniture. Only breathable covers are endorsed by the Doctor and that is why, we now make our own, because the marketplace was not providing the quality covers we needed to sell to our clients.
