Custom Measurements Quote Request Form

If you would like a custom measurement quote, please fill out the form below and we will email you the quote within 3 business days. Please print out the measurement guide, and use it when you measure your furniture to get the proper measurements to us. The more exact you are, the better your covers will fit. Measurements within a 1/4 of an inch are acceptable. All measurements are in inches. The product name is the type of furniture we will be covering, ie; chair, or loveseat. This is how we will identify it on the quote. You will need to fill out one form for each cover you would like to request a quote on. If you would like multiple covers for identical pieces, please specify how many in the comments section. Custom covers can be made in many different colors, if you prefer a color other than tan, please note this in the comment section and we will send you a color swatch if you approve the quote. If possible, upload a photo of each piece. This will help greatly in the design of the cover.
